Help. I Think I'm a Rockstar.

Musings of a former rockstar-in-the-making who sold out to The Man and now collects regular paychecks in corporate America and gets to eat more frequently. Views on music, travel, culture, relaxation, politics, toys, and other general bullshit.

The first full day is always strange. In spite of the eight hours of proper sleep I got last night, I crashed midday for a three hour nap. I hope it doesn't effect my sleep tonight, but I have faith in my inherited ability to fall asleep in almost any situation or position at just about any time regardless of the circumstances (thanks mom).

I did manage to take a car to a local mall, which in spite of being about 40% closed (Sunday) did manage to kill an hour or so. The picture above wasn't taken by me, but gives you the idea. Can you believe I found a store that has Armani, Prada, Diesel, and Fcuk for $20?! I love India.

Anywho, I think I'll hit the lounge here for a bit and then sit down to some ridiculously good eats at The Great Kebab Factory. For my American friends who haven't had the pleasure of an Indian Kebab, let me assure you there's more to it than a piece of meat and a sliced vegetable skewered and grilled. A good kebab comes out looking not unlike a hamburger patty, and will essentially melt in your mouth on contact. I know, its hard to imagine. But its one of the best things around.
